One of my best friends, Robert, always has all of our friends over for New Year's Eve. And this year when he asked us to bring food to share, I decided to bring a Funfetti cake to share. (Funfetti is EVERYONE'S favorite) This was my first attempt at doing non-traditional cake shaping.
My Uncle Dave is a HUGE UC fan, and even though I go to Xavier, I decided that it would be nice to make him a UC cake for his birthday. Yes, that's some serious love. There wasn't a speck of Xavier blue in that cake either. ;)
